I understand that my puppy will need to receive an additional DHPP/DAPP vaccine at 13 and 16 weeks before being fully protected against distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, and parainfluenza.
I understand that my puppy is due to receive a rabies vaccination at 16 weeks of age, and that this vaccine is required by the state of Michigan.
I understand that my puppy has been microchipped, and to switch the puppy to my name I need to register the microchip with the Avid and pay the one time registration fee with the included registration paperwork.
I understand that my puppy is sold as a PET ONLY. I agree to not breed this dog, and to spay/neuter by 8 months of age. Sweetie Doodles recommends spaying/neutering at 4-5 months old, before the first heat cycle in females.I agree that, in the event the dog needs to be rehomed, it will be returned to us. If the return occurs more than 48 hours after the puppy has gone home, no refund will be issued. However, if the return is made within 48 hours, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. This policy accounts for the need to quarantine the puppy before rehoming, and please note that older puppies will always have a lower cost.
